Marcus Watkins is a pastor, mentor, and leadership coach whose ministry stands at the intersection of the pulpit and the boardroom. For more than a decade, he has walked with men and women through the disciplines of faith, the tension of ambition, and the long, deliberate work of building a life that matters.
His teaching is direct, scripturally rooted, and unapologetically practical — shaped by the conviction that character is forged, not inherited, and that legacy is written one honest decision at a time.
Through preaching, coaching cohorts, and community initiatives, Marcus is committed to a single aim: equipping every person he serves to lead well, live full, and finish faithful.
